Who is MexMax.com?
MexMax.com is a family-operated business that was established in 1980. We have been serving the wholesale needs of supermarkets across the Western United States.
Can I trust the quality and freshness of Grocery items?
Absolutely! Being a wholesaler, it is likely that if you purchase from us the quality and freshness of the product you receive will be better than that if you go to the store!
How is the pricing determined?
We use the same pricing that we provide to our wholesale customers directly online and simply add the cost of shipping to your door, that's it! Many times the cost per item, including shipping, will be 20-30% less than if you buy it directly from the Grocery store.
Is my personal information secure on the grocery e-commerce marketplace?
We take the security and privacy of your personal information seriously. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy.
Return Policy
What is the return policy at MexMax?
MexMax offers a 30-day return policy for most products. However, please note that Health, Beauty, Candy, and Grocery products cannot be returned.
How can I return an item?
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide you with a return label. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
Yes, all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
What condition should the item be in for a return?
The item must be returned in the same, unused condition as when it was delivered to you.
Are shipping fees refundable?
No, if the product has already been shipped by MexMax, shipping fees are non-refundable.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will provide you with a replacement item free of charge. You will not be charged a restocking fee in this case.

Shipping Policy
How is the shipping cost calculated?
The shipping cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process based on your shipping address and approximate product weight. However, the actual cost may be significantly different, and we reserve the right to charge for an adjustment to reflect the actual shipping cost.
Which shipping methods are used by MexMax.com?
MexMax.com primarily uses FedEx and USPS as the primary shipping methods. For larger orders involving over 50 cases, pricing by pallet can be obtained at the customer's request.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Our handling time generally takes 24-48 hours from the time of order until ready to ship.
What are the estimated shipping times?
USPS Priority arrives in 2-4 business days once shipped, and FedEx Ground arrives in 3-7 business days once shipped.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, once the order is prepared, all orders will include tracking information, which will automatically be delivered to you.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
Any lost or damaged packages will require investigation by MexMax.com to determine the cause before any refunds or dispute resolution terms are enacted. For damages caused by the shipping carrier, customers will need to inquire with the shipping carrier directly.
What if I provided an incorrect address?
It is extremely important for the customer to provide the proper address. Any address inaccuracies resulting in incorrect shipment will not be refunded. Any undeliverable items returned to MexMax.com will be subject to additional shipping charges.
How long does international shipping take?
For international customers, shipping could take 6-10 days depending on customs and destination country. In unusual cases, it may take up to 2 weeks. Please note that the estimated shipping time does not include any time spent at the customs office.
Who is responsible for customs fees and taxes for international shipments?
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs fees or taxes associated with the shipments.
