Return Policy
At MexMax, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we have a 30-day return policy for most of our products. Please note that Health, Beauty, Candy and Grocery products cannot be returned.
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide you with a return label, but please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
All returns and cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure that the item is returned in the same, unused condition as when it was delivered to you.
Please note that if the product has already been shipped by MexMax, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that if you received a damaged or defective item, we will provide you with a replacement item free of charge. You will not be charged a restocking fee in this case. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain product categories, including but not limited to:

- Food Products

CUSTOMS DENIAL AND REFUND POLICY
If a package is denied at customs for any reason, the cost of shipping or the equivalent value will be deducted from the refund amount. We are not responsible for customs regulations, duties, or import restrictions that may prevent delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their country's import laws before placing an order.
