SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping cost is automatically calculated during the checkout process using your shipping address and approximate product weight. However, actual cost may be significantly different, in which case we will contact you for adjustment.

Most orders are shipped in 1-2 business days (not including the day the order is placed) by:
USPS Priority arrives in 2-3 business days once shipped
UPS Ground arrives in 3-7 business days once shipped

For International customers, it could take 6-10 days depending on customs and the country of destination. In unusual cases, it may take up to 2 weeks. Estimated shipping time does not include any time spent at customs office. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs fee. We do not ship to all countries. If you would like to provide your own shipping label, please let us know and we can arrange for the order to be sent on your terms.

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our goal at www.mexmax.com If, for any reason you wish to return a product, you can do so within 15 days of the purchase date. To authorize a return, the customer must email a request for a RGA (Return of Goods Authorization) to our customer service department. Or email our customer support first at info@mexmax.com. Original shipping charge however is non-refundable. All refunds will be processed against the original form of payment. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for us to inspect and process your return.

We try our best to check all items carefully before shipping. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. However, in most cases we are willing to work with the carrier to rectify the problem. Absolutely no returns on sale items or special orders.

It's my favorite gum

I can't get it locally so I get it on Amazon, it's my favorite.

Product came on time.

The item is exactly as described, and the shipping was incredibly speedy.

Be sure to read 4 pack each with 5 sticks of gum.

I thought I order 4 of these - but alas is 4 pack for gum that is 50 cents per pack for nearly $8 - ouch. Next time i'm in Oregon - I'll look locally to purchase these in bulk.

I could not find this product in my stores, but I did find it on Amazon.

I have been chewing this product for many years. I have tried others, but none compared to this one's taste.

TL;DR: Worth buying if you can't find it locally and the price is acceptable to you.

It's a shame that almost all chewing gum brands available in stores are now completely sugarless. Not everyone can tolerate artificial sweeteners. That's why I like Wrigley's. Spearmint is my favorite flavor of theirs, but it's difficult to find in stores in my area, so I turned to Amazon.

The product as it arrived didn't look like the picture. It was, instead, 6 of the 3 (15 piece each) packs (see photo for an example of one of the packs that I received), like I can sometimes find in one store in my area, along with 2 individually sealed loose packs. This means that the two additional packs sent in order to create an even number are sent without the extra protection provided by the additional heavier plastic packaging. I used those first, and I wasn't surprised to discover that those packs weren't as fresh. While they weren't unchewable, they were noticeably less soft than the packs with the extra protection. Still, the product is worth getting if you can't find it locally and the price is acceptable to you.
